        They clearly don't care to lose customers! After an hour waiting for a haircut I got up and left. I had an appointment for 6pm with Jenny, she was with a customer so I waited, then she started with ANOTHER customer and when I asked how long it was gonna take she ignored me, she simply didn't care I was waiting all that time, didn't even apologized for the delay or try to reschedule for another time.
