I'm super disappointed in the mani/Pedi I got from The Salon. Started off great with a nice coffee and pleasant atmosphere, but I have never had such a painful experience before. You can see from the photos that she cut me multiple times very badly, not just a minor nick and never once apologized. Then she continued on like nothing happened and put layer upon layer of nail polish remover on my cut skin. I'm only posting a couple photos because blood and toes are gross to see, but more than 50% of my fingers and toes have cuts on them. When I said to the lady at the front desk that I didn't want to leave a tip because I had been cut multiple times, she got a bit snarky and said she didn't want to know what happened, only whether I wanted to add tip or not. To me that was very bad customer service. If she had responded appropriately, I probably wouldn't be leaving this review.

I had an excellent experience on The Salon. I made an appointment for a haircut and highlights and I got the result that I expected and more. Great time, great service and good quality for affordable prices. Claudia was super nice and professional :) Definitely will come back
