Lived there for a few years and loved it. On the beach, Great people. And close to everything. Beach in the am out at night. Love it.

I regret to inform you that my stay at the Roney Palace hotel was quite disappointing. Throughout my time there, I observed concerning behavior from the valet service and front desk staff. It was evident that certain guests were treated with favoritism, while others were subjected to disrespectful treatment and derogatory comments.
It is disheartening to witness a lack of professionalism and disregard for basic human decency among the employees at this establishment. It appears that they prioritize individuals of higher socioeconomic status over those who may be considered "normal" or average. This blatant display of discrimination and preferential treatment is unacceptable and goes against the values of respect and equality.
While I appreciated the aesthetics and accommodations of the hotel, the behavior of the staff overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay. As a result, I have made the decision not to patronize this establishment in the future. It is my hope that management takes steps to address these issues and implement measures to ensure that all guests are treated with equal respect and dignity. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
