Ms. Lis Rodriguez was very compassionate in helping with special requests made by my husband in his pre-arrangements. I especially appreciate the flexibility & attention to details provided by the staff. The Funeral home was spacious, clean, and comforting. It was a great relief knowing that I didn't have to stress about my husband's wishes being fulfilled.

I can't tell you how much we have appreciated all of the guidance and support we have received from all of you and continue to receive. From the very first day, we went to your offices, and met with Liz, we were immediately comforted and advised step-by-step. We always felt that nothing but our best interest were always at heart. During the services, and even the next day on the ride to the church, someone was always there to make sure that everything went smoothly. Even now, several weeks later, I still receive little reminders of things I should not forget or links to valuable resources which I appreciate immensely. I would not hesitate one bit to refer Van Orsdel to anyone that asks me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there in what was undoubtedly one of the hardest times in my life.
