Tri-Star Freight

was there for over 5 hours on Friday night. a shipment that came in on Thursday at 7:38, was charging me storage fees on Friday at 6pm. This company is slow and will rob you. Understaffed and No Customer Service. They told my driver to go out and get cash and get back in line. Terminal fee was prepaid on PayCargo and was fake notified on line at 10:30 pm on Thursday and charged storage next day. We were there less that 24 hours of arrival. Worse Terminal in Florida

I’ve been waiting for my cargo for 2 hours. There’s 18 drivers in front of me. Everyone is upset because apparently there is no control over “who’s next”. You are supposed to write your name on a list and just wait. Apparently there are few forklift operators working. There is also a “security “ that supposedly was in charge of the waiting list but instead, is checking his cellphone and gets upset when somebody wants to check who’s the next on the list…. Tri-star management just doesn’t exist….Shame on you guys!

This is the WORST place to deal with. The counter has the SLOWEST crew un the whole cargo side of the airport. Supervisors are completely lost. On the cargo side of the warehouse, they NEVER have forklift drivers. DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
