What a disappointment. I dealt with Fernando whom showed good communication and understanding until I paid him half of the job's invoice. As soon as I paid, he became hard to reach, did not return any of my calls or my texts but only hours later when he agreed to install my fence and pass all inspections within 24 hours. So time was obviously a big factor in completing the job but despite promises made, Fernando did not deliver and I lost valuable time. I am asking for a refund for a job not done and wouldn't recommend this company.

HORRIBLE to work with ! 1. Fernando - Talks his way into trying to lock you into an agreement, and than will get lost, not answer his calls, nor respond to emails 2.Frank - Will try to save account, but will come back with his owns terms and conditions on prices. When asked if the prices are M&R standard, he will tell you that it is up to the sales person whom you speak to what the price would be. If you are not happy with his quote, than you should speak to another rep. 3. Lorena - Has ZERO customer service skills, but apparently is the manager. She has NO CLUE of what her sales people are quoting and will recommend you to just call another company. We decided to take her advise and call another company. DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS unless you want to be irritated and have time to waste.
