The manager at Popeyes in mondawon mall in Baltimore Maryland on 2401 liberty Heights 21215. Well I order 4 pc chicken box with mash potatoes and I order 2 Mac cheese plus 2 extra biscuits my order was not completed. It cost e 21.00 dollars. My no. Was 2869 no.5 the manager was right there when I order. After I looked at my order before I left it was not right. The manger was not interested in listening to me or to say can I help you the only thing she said was it will cost extra even the employee said the same thing .my receipt do not have the amount on it which was 21.00 dollars it only has what I ordered. The manager looked at me as if she did not care she is stall black female this is bad customer service. I still have the receipt. This happen on December 03, 2021

Chicken tenders are ok, but when you ask for them and you spend $46.00 on your dinner for your family and get home just to fine they gave you the wrong order all dark meat which my kids do not eat, only two breast. no one there @ 7050 W Commercial Blvd. store # 10110.care to slow down and get it right a simple order and my family has to scramble and waste making something out of nothing. come on people , pay attention. ill have to check my order if i ever go back. I called five time, one answer then they hung up, like they care they are to big to care.

Store 2419, 1555 east 82nd Ave, Merrillville, Indiana 6-12-21; 12:51 pm Survey would not work. Refused my validation code. Chicken sandwich and fries were cold. Worker was ignorant and rude. No ice in tea.
