        It is impossible to get a call back or a response to an email. I do not know if all their agents treat their clients how I’ve been treated - but it has been my experience that they ignore their clients - it took me 2 weeks to speak to someone only to be advised to that the people who are not responding to me are the only ones that can help me. One of my claims is already “settled” (whatever that means) and it’s in litigation and the other claim is still pending I think - I have no way to know as no one answers my emails and/or calls. I definitely would not recommend this company. I have a leak in my roof, water comes in when it rains, as a result now I have mold which is continuing to grow, and I have no help from the company that committed to help. It’s so frustrating, they have no compassion, it really feels like they just don’t care.
