I called about availability of ink #62, which seems to be out everywhere you look. They answered, or rather a robot answered, and told me that the wait time for assistance was very long and could they call me back. That was fine, but no call back. But you still can't find the #62 black anywhere. Not even Amazon, but they did have none HP ink cartridge but they didn't fit my printer. Just can't believe that a company that sells printers doesn't have ink!!

What a joke they charge you to walk you through the set up of your new to you printer ?! I would rate this place no stars if I couple. Taking this printer back to the store.

This company is absolutely exceptional. I've never had a better HP computer in my life. I scream with joy every time I step foot into this facility. Without a shadow of a doubt the customer service is superb and I could not have dreamed of a better experience. Thank you for everything you've contributed to me and this society! HP IS TRULY THE BEST!
