Love these waists. High quality materials, definitely worth the price and definitely not a scam company. you can email them your measurements if you have problems finding your correct size (even tho there's a size chart on their website) and they reply back withing 24-48 hrs with the size you need. I'm very happy with my purchases so far.

Please do not order from Shapewaist. Customer service will never return your call nor respond to emails. I have not received my item. I ordered my item on May 19th and I am still waiting. They will give you a tracking number saying the item is on the way, but the tracking will not move nor have they even dropped my product off at USPS. I will never ever recommend this company!!!!! Bad business!!

I did not receive my order. What a disappointment. I will never order from here ever again. If I could give no stars I would. I also tried to get in contact and they responded once and never again. QUE PÉSIMO SERVICIO.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. THIS. COMPANY!! I wish I could give them negative stars. This company is more scam than it is a business. There are other waist cinchers out there for a better price and much much better service. Unless you want your money taken right away with ZERO chance of actually receiving your product and absolutely ZERO RESPONSE AND CONTACT from this pathetic company, then go for it. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM SHAPEWAIST LLC. They have screwed me, screwed all these other people posting reviews, and will most likely screw you too. Just don’t do it.
