Incredible that i even have to select 1 star to give these douche bags. This company is ran by the scum of the earth. The incompetent husband and wife duo. I dont know which one is less professional than the other. Thankfully they will be out after the Board meeting last night where we all came together to end their scam. Its incredible that a company as unprofessional, unresponsive and conaibing as them even exist. These people have a personal vendetta against people. I am not in favor for parking patrol companies but the company that did their presentation last night were more attentive to detail and very well spoken. Glad the decision was made to switch. They dont seem to be more organized and professional. The contracted towing company these scum bags use is also a work of art. Prestige towing is just as much of a fraud as this company. If anyone has them in their communities or are thinking of using them please read all these negative comments others have posted.
