Carmen Sol

I am beyond disappointed with this company. I ordered this pink tote and was very excited to receive it. I wore it ONE time and the purse turned blue. I tried everything to get the coloring off and nothing worked. What is more upsetting about this, is the fact that customer service is doing absolutely nothing to help me with my situation. I have called multiple times, sent multiple emails, and even reached out on their Instagram for help. It shows they read my message on Instagram and chose to ignore me. I have never had such bad customer service in my life and it seems as if this company is a scam.

This store has really cool rose scented jelly bags, shoes and sandals. Everything is made on the coast in Italy which is super unique. It is located in the Brickell City Center mall across from Dr. Smood, next to Alex and Ani and diagonal to Victorias Secret. Definitely worth the trip to check it out! Highly recommend. The sales professionals are friendly, knowledgeable and help you pick out the perfect matching bag, shoes and accessories.

SCAM. Faulty product. Breaks easily. Fraudulent business and suspected money laundered. Do not buy from them. They say they are Carmen Sol New York with no stores in New York or Italy!! They are opening all the stores in Miami the scam capital of America to hide their illegal funds to open them. Stay away!!

In 2006 owners Carmen Sol Espejo and Sebastiano Di Bari opened a small shop on the white sandy beaches of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
