        They NEVER answer the phone... It's only one person at a kiosk with no direct line. It is nothing close to a legitimate car rental location. Beyond that, they messed up my bill and overcharged (by more than $100) twice! I had to call corporate multiple times and spent hours over the course of two weeks to get the overcharges credited back.
