It is so disappointing to have people like this in charge of “managing” what I call my home. People that don’t care about any of the tenants or owners well being, or their quality of living (even tho it’s their job). They say they work 8-5pm, but don’t try calling, emailing or going by their office between 3:45-5pm because they’ll probably be home already taking care of their own business and not minding yours. I’ve had multiple issues with this management office and have only lived here for about 2 years. Peabody Property has no sense of commitment to their work. There’s no easy way to contact them in case of emergency and even if you find a way to do so, their response is always dismissive. I wish I knew this before making an investment and buying my home under their management. So if you’re doing some research and looking into buying here (Latitude On The River) simply look somewhere else. Unless you don’t mind dealing with a headache and back-and-forth every time you have an issue (that you will have to end up resolving on your own).
