        Im from Washington, D.C. and called on 4/14/23 at 9:29 am and the guy who answered the phone (not the manager) was very rude and unprofessional. I nicely called to inquire about a lace wig and he rudely put the phone down saying Im busy. All her had to do was say hold on for second. They just lost a customer.
