Purchased a vehicle, in full, about a month ago. Out of state buyer so setup transportation. Temp tags have now expired, no DMV paperwork has arrived, nor the title. Ive called past 2 days countless times, talking to numerous people, providing the situation and my contact information.
I was told the finance person left. Sales rep wont return calls or texts. No return phone calls or emails from dealership personnel, as promised, past 2 days.

I just bought a car from Braman Miami yesterday. I was a little apprehensive about driving from Orlando to Miami to buy a car. But let me tell you, it was work it. The dealership is amazing, and everyone I spoke to was very nice. The salesman I worked with was Wesley, and he was great. Not too pushy and very knowledgeable. They gave me a good deal on my trade in, and didn't try to upsell me or change any part of the deal once I arrived. And Wesley went out of his way to help me out with something the day after I bought the car. Buying my car from Braman Miami was a much better experience than any other car I have ever bought.

I recently bought a car with Nick and it was THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had . This is our fist time at this dealer and we had a great experience. The sales representative, Nick Saintgermain went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. He did everything possible to getting us a car we loved at a price that we were comfortable with. Anthony, at Finance Department, was very patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all options we had.
