The staff are always helpful and I've never had a bad pair of New Balance shoes! The one pair I did have an issue with (the sole started to come off from the shoe) they replaced with a new pair and no hassle! If you ever need a great pair of shoes for your feet (who doesn't?!), I suggest going here!

New balance are great shoes, that's a given. The people in this store are great too, super helpful, patient and friendly☺ I really think they care about my comfort, thank you.

I have three sons my youngest is now 16 and needed new shoes. Just made our purchase at the New Balance store in Melbourne and it was the easiest shoe buy experience I've ever had with one of my children. Two of the three boys have high functioning Autism and they are VERY picky about shoes. Thank you NB of Melbourne you are awesome!
