Working with "A Better View" to install a hurricane-proof patio door and a master bedroom window in our townhome has been a very, very satisfactory experience. This family-owned business is a first-rate performer! The product selection process was thorough, amiable and pressure free with all costs outlined. We were given an accurate installation date. The installation itself was handled flawlessly by a team of five very competent and likeable professionals. We could not be happier with our purchase.

Installation when Bob was still with us was good. However one window was installed out of alignment and does not function as intended. I've contacted the company numerous times over the past year with the same result, a promise to contact me shortly to schedule a time for repair. The call never comes. Mostly have spoken to Diane but also to son.
It's a shame but I would no longer recommend A Better View. The PGT windows are fine but the company is not.
As an update, I met with both of the brothers and resolved the issue. It appears that they are on the right track now and I appreciate their openness and will consider them in the future. Service: Window installation

Installation February 2023. My house is located in Satellite beach and most of the windows-doors were the original aluminum awning when the house was built in the 60's, all rusted and not closing properly. It was time to change them. Some of the openings were large 9' and 13' and I requested a fixed central panel with two sliding windows. I called a few places and requested well known manufacturers for impact windows and sliding not single or double hung. Most estimators try to sell me other manufacturers and the single hung, others sent sales people with very little knowledge about impact windows. I am an architect and been working in construction for the past 23 years, so a sales person was not what I expected. A Better View was different from day one. They are a Family business and know how to take care of their customers. The estimator, one of the owners came on time, measure all openings and gave me the best price within reasonable time. He also recommended vinyl windows and listen to what I wanted and the company I requested. Other companies did not bother to provide me with the estimate or it the price was very high. A better view estimate was short and clear, He labeled every window and door by room name, window size and price with the total. The windows and doors took longer from the time I placed the order to delivery but I know it was not their fault. I have experience the same delays at work due to COVID for all construction materials. The head of the installer crew is the other brother and they came on time, re-measure all openings and worked very diligently and clean. They found a few scratches and came back a month later to replace those damage sections. The inspection was scheduled for the same day.
I am 100% satisfied with their service, their price and customer service. I will strongly recommended to anyone needing window-door replacement and installation. See before and after photos. Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement
