      Hi Gary, we love to hear feedback as it is very important to us. We do our best to stay competitively priced, so it is helpful to know where we need to improve. A way to combat our prices is to shop online with us as we offer many promotional discounts for doing so. We also offer price matching in many cases as well.       image Stopped in today for assistance with a bad battery. I was ready to give up on checking my warranty and had called multiple stores before hand trying to track down where I purchased it from, not understanding why it wasnt showing up on their records. Lance took the time to help me track down my last battery purchase, as I had ordered my previous battery online through Advanced Auto Parts to install on my own (So I was not in their system). Lance and Juan assisted me with a replacement and got it switched out in no time. They provided friendly, above & beyond service. So thankful I stopped in to this location!
