While I have reduced my purchases, learning to make my own with yummy coffee purchased from here, I ALWAYS get a sparkling BOOST from the fine, fine people who work here: they remember me and my my 3 service doggies, have a warm smile as a gift and a really good vibe among themselves. A joy.

Zach, the Manager always greets me by name and knows how I like my chai tea to be made. Hes super knowledgeable about all of the drink products and offers up new suggestions. He looked into ingredients to make sure it wouldnt be a trigger for my allergies. I appreciate him, his kind demeanor and his friendless. His customer service is on point.

Always love this place Chi Tea Latte is my drink5 pumps of Chai almond milk, no water, light foam and a sprinkle cinnamon on the top~ grande.
