image I was very grateful for the way I was handled. I had a tooth that went south on me. Went to Aspen they didnt take my insurance. The dentist I have seen had no immediate openings....however they scheduling person gave me 3 local dentists to try ( mt other is 30 to 45 mun away). 1st one was Riverdale. They got me in on time the office staff was extremely efficient & Dr. Plunkett was very polite, respectful, & explained all to me in detail! I was very grateful for everyone in that office on 3/14/24 at 500pm!!

image Unsatisfactory customer service as well as the way they run insurance ONLY once at the beginning of the year which is ABSOLUTELY crazy! Insurance should be ran either first of the month or 2-3 days prior to your visit so that us as patients know if anything in our insurance has changed without our knowledge which then jeopardizes our visit. Then here we go receiving a bill when if we had known prior to my visit there was an issue with the insurance we would of rescheduled! Never visiting again!!!!

As a provider we charge fees dictated to us by your agreement with your insurance. Procedures that are not covered are charged out at our standard fee plus any discounts that your insurance provider allows. It was our pleasure and privilege to serve as your dental provider for a limited time and we wish you the best in your quest to ascertain the level of dental care you desire.

image Im really disappointed with this dental office. I scheduled a cleaning for my boyfriend . He went in all they told him was that he needed to see a specialist. He went to the specialist and they wanted to charge him two sessions each at 6 thousand dollars. He went to another dentist for second option. He didnt need what the first specialist recommended . Teeth were cleaned and he is very happy with this dentist. He will not go back to Riverside Dental.I went for a filling last week ,my options were pretty much root canal and 2000 dollar cost. I went to the same dentist my boyfriend went to and no root canal needed. I got a temporary filling for two weeks and 1500 less and very happy.I wont be back to this office. Very disappointed..

image They just lost a client. I am a client of this clinic, here they gave me a cleaning for which I paid dearly and two months ago one of their dentists referred me to the surgeon to remove a tooth because I am diabetic and he did not want to do it. My tooth didn't hurt at that time and I didn't worry about it. I've been suffering from pain for three days and I got an abscess and I come to the emergency room to see if they can relieve my pain and give me antibiotics for the infection while waiting for a surgeon to see me and The answer is simply that since the other doctor didn't give me anything, the doctor who is there now can't give me anything either and I have to go to the emergency room at the hospital. If they are not useful for an emergency then they are not useful for me at all.
