I gurantee you most of these reviews are paid. Do not trust Natalie nor this company. Tons of hidden and sneaky details in the contract. She will try to glance over them and divert your attention away from it. The grounds aren't actually kept up by them. Whenever we call about an issue it's always another company that does it, but we pay for it as part of the lease. Terrible, terrible, people.

With that being said, we do take all terms of our lease seriously and expect our tenants to do the same for the benefit of both the tenant and the landlord. If there is a specific issue of concern you do not feel is outlined in the lease please reach out and we will be happy to set up a meeting with you.
