I purchased a vehicle from this place and less that 24 hrs the check engine, abs came on. And the transmission started shifting hard (surge) I attempted to contact payday about the situation and the pretended as if they had no idea the sold me a lemon.

My mom bought a great Ford dually diesel and my brother in law a van. The vehicles, although used are in excellent condition and you can't get a better trustworthy deal with these guys. They are well established. I bought my son's expedition on the 28th of this month and I cannot be any happier. My son loves his new truck and we will be back again in the future. That's a promise!

I'm only giving this guy one star so I can leave a comment.
Just called this morning to see if I could get some information about the warranty we got with the car.
This guy could give two ____'s told me the wrong company when I called back he thought it was important to correct me on how I asked for the information rather than help. I definitely see why their reviews are trash.

If a zero was an option they would definitely get one from me. As janky and crooked as they appear they are! DO NOT do business with these unethical people! I always ask myself how people like this can swindle good, hard working people out of ALL the money they have saved up! Took the car home, they were rushing us out the car lot (red flag) and closing the gate on us almost (because theyre slow at paperwork). I know now that theyre not slow just trying to keep people with no other options stuck to their lemons! I realized the next morning that I had no coolant reservoir cap, no coolant in the tank, and NO oil in the car. When I called them to ask when the last time the car was serviced they told me they didnt know and they are a second hand lot and lots like them do not service cars and that was my problem. when i continued to press him he asked me what my question was. Looked them up on BBB and they have an F rating. When I read the rating out loud the man on the phone (who interestingly enough) did not identify himself he said it was because they did not pay them. I was shocked because I could not believe what I was hearing. Another red flag (scrawny old man with wild hair) was continuously going from the back office to the front window and staring people down on the lot. When my mom made the comment to the man that she knew they were ready to go home he replied, It doesnt matter to us at this stage Im just coasting. Again, this is a business that good people have continued to keep open for 22 years. It is beyond me that these 2 left Bartow Ford (which makes one wonder) and had enough start up money to open a lot but stayed open on the backs of others. If you care about yourself, loved ones, family, friends, or anyone for that matter, DO NOT get in business with these crooks. Report them to the BBB!!!
