These people dont care about the tenants just money. We have been waiting 4 months for repairs and whenever we contact them they are rude and still gives us the run around. What a joke they are!!!!!!

CFRP has been managing 2 properties of mine in Altamonte Springs and Oviedo for over 5 years. I've never had an issue with them and can tell you that Mark (and his team) have been on top of any problems my units have ever had. He even called in his own plumber when the condo association said a leak in the wall (that was flooding the downstairs neighbor every other month) was my responsibility to fix and not theirs. Thanks to Mark - who was at the unit when the inspection was done - it was settled in my favor. I receive emails immediately from his team if there is a problem. Even when I was in Afghanistan it was easy to get in touch with them. No complaints and if I buy another property in the area CFRP will manage it.

Dear Future Tenant,
These people are crooks. Any positive review you see is one of the staff trying to raise their score. If you rent from this company, expect to never see your security deposit again. They make up charges and damages to try and justify why they're taking all your money. It doesn't matter if you fill out the paperwork before you move in or not - they know people don't have the time or money to take them to court over a security deposit and they use that against you. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. All they want to do is ruin your day and take your money. 0 stars if I could.
