I was very fortunate to meet Susanna Grubb though a friend and have her as my Real Estate agent looking for a specific style of home. I had been looking for some time with another agent, but within a few weeks, Susanna was able to find just what i was looking for. She was very patient and answered all of my questions no matter what time of day or night.
I think Susanna is very thorough and did and amazing job for me in finding the style of home I was looking for and was able to make things happen quickly and efficiently. We got things done right away, stayed within our time frame and I feel grateful that she was so helpful and kind.
Susanna is the type of person you want to have helping you through all of the steps of buying a home today. She is very kind and personable, but never leaves a stone unturned.
