Tried to set up an appointment, gave him my information , later had to reconfirm what it was for. Never received the deposit invoice email for the appointment. I told him I didnt receive anything and made clear to say I had nothing in any inbox or spam told me to check my spam folder. Refresh, log in, log out, nothing. Inform him I still dont have any invoice for deposit. He sends me a picture of some type of invoice that says sent with a greyed out viewed message below. Again I tell him I have nothing in any of my email inboxes to allow me to make a deposit. Ill go spend 700-800 elsewhere Goodluck Edit: No need to lie, there was no previous appointment I called looking to come in. I realized I couldnt commit to an appointment as I wasnt sure how long my prior commitment that day would take. I simply said I would call back. If discussion of your available times and saying Ill call when I know when I am free and can make it in is a no call/no show, I genuinely dont know what to say. Lying about customer interactions to make yourself appear right is what it is. Unable to give you a 30 dollar deposit and genuinely not worth my time to drive to do it I made an appointment with no deposit for the same tint and time at a competitor and was quoted close to 150 less. Edit: After leaving a negative review, I was sent an invoice for my appointment about one hour and 45 minutes later. Edit: I spoke to you prior at no point did I ever schedule to drop my car off, in fact I said leaving my car wouldnt work. I apologized for taking so long to call back as yes I ended up in the hospital. It took me much longer to call back as we discussed and I apologized for that. Again there was no prior appointment, there was no drop off, and even on our prior discussion there was always the requirement of a 30 dollar deposit. I never had an issue with the deposit prior or today when we spoke. Now youre simply making up completely false narratives.
