This company is great. I am a repeat customer. They installed a system in my old house and and again for my new house. I am totally satisfied with their system and service. T, the technician who installed the system was one of the friendliest and the most professional people I met. I asked him to do the installation in a certain way he thought about it and did a much better job than requested. He is outstanding. In all honesty he deserves more than 5 stars. I recommend this company to anyone who cares about customer service.

I Had an amazing experience with Affordable water first of all Jennifer went above and beyond after telling her what I needed done on my water softener she put me on the schedule the same day and said that we will be giving you a curtesy call the day before we come out witch she did then Nathan was a great tech as soon as he came out he started working on the softener and showed me all the old risen in the tank that was real bad and then he put the brand new risen in the tank and made sure all the settings on the softener was correct after I messed up a few settings on the softener I will Definity be using Affordable water for any problems I have with my water softener in the near future.

Jacob was friendly, understanding of my elderly parents, explained everything as many times as we needed, patience of a saint, and very knowledgable.

We were very happy with Affordable Water's installation of our reverse osmosis system. Another vendor had come out to install one but complained that the existing hole in our countertop wouldn't support the faucet properly. Affordable Water's technician had no trouble figuring out a solution and we've had crystal clear and clean water coming from the sturdy installation for a couple of weeks now! Would highly recommend Affordable Water - they did a great job when another company said they couldn't even do it.
