        I was just not seeing having an obvious incapacitating back pain, because i listed the back pain as a work injury. I work as a delivery driver carrying heavy boxes and it is obviously work related. At front desk they said i needed authorization from my boss, I don’t have time for that i need help, so i told them change it to a back pain i need to be seen and they would not change anything at all. They would not change it or see me, i can’t even walk with this pain, thank you so much for being careless, inhumane and not care about your patients.
