        I would rate as no stars. We reserved a trailer through U-Haul and confirmed it was on site earlier today. When we arrived we were informed that our trailer had been rented to someone else only a few hours prior. They did not check their systems to see if the equipment they had was already reserved. Very unprofessional and when we were trying to deal with their mistake they essentially said it was not their problem to fix.
