Charles was masterful in his explanation of the quote and what other resources, such as the UF extension program, I should use to make an educated decision. Charles and Matt took down 2 trees and pruned 3 others. They took to time to explain and show what they were cutting and why. It was an education for me. I highly recommend their services. What a refreshing experience to deal with such a knowledgeable and ethical company. First, they did a great and careful job on the trimming. They could have easily recommended taking down one of my big trees - as another tree cutter did after looking at it for 3 minutes - instead they recommended a way to save it and sure enough that tree is looking better every month. I cannot speak highly enough about a man who foregoes the thousands of dollars he could have earned to take down my 70 year old tree and instead helps me to save it and earns zero in the process. He did it all with grace and a friendly smile. I have recommended him to many people and everybody is grateful to have met him an many good trees have been saved. We should all support more ethical companies like this especially in a world of greedy tree cutters who will say anything to make money. Service: Tree trimming and pruning

Last time I had Charlie inspect our trees, I asked him, "If money wasn't an issue, what tree maintenance would you recommend?" His answer - "Enjoy them, and call me next year." In a world of vultures who try to swindle people into spending thousands of dollars on tree care, take comfort that Charlie is only interested in conservation and leaving the world a better place. Charles came out to look at and evaluate all of our trees but especially our Live Oak tree which looked like it was dying. We were ready to take it out but Charles advised us that the tree could probably be saved and advised us on steps to take. We are very happy with this treehugger approach and the tree is already showing signs of reviving. We were also impressed with his overall knowledge that he so freely shared with us. We highly recommend All About Tree Care.
