        Ever since ditech took over Greentree customer service sucks. It can take up to 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. After talking with a customer service representative for 20 minutes or more you find out they are just a call center and can’t really help you. I have gotten calls from ditech and answered on the first ring only to get a message asking you to call them back which turns into a 20 - 30 minute ordeal. I have received written correspondence from them within a 4 day time frame and all 3 letters said something different about the same subject. If they would let you I would rate them - 4 stars. What can you expect from a mortgage company that has to file bankruptcy.
