Terrible can't return a email nor phone call. It's been 3 months I call and email twice a week.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I have used them for a couple years but last year they filed my taxes back in June.  I contacted them 6-7 times on their phone and by email and could not get a response from anyone.  I thought i was being patient with them and the irs and also had more pressing matters.  It turns out that they never filed my 2020 tax return. I didn't find out until I went to file this years and now everything is messed up.  The IRS is now sitting on a lot of my refund from this year and last year because of these people.  Save your money and go somewhere else.

I never got my refund....Don't go to this place they will steal your refund.

Used them for years but this year I had an issue, and it took over 2 months to get a reply on a tax amendment issue from last year which affected my student loan status. After straightening this out, 3 months later, I decided to file my taxes with them one last time (but never again after) and they started my taxes and sent me the info to confirm and how much I owed them. I had a couple of questions about my return and since everything is done over email because of covid I found myself waiting again for a reply. It has been 2 weeks and still no reply to my 5 emails. I decided to use turbo tax instead and saved 155 dollars instead of using them. Will never use again and will tell all my friends and military family who use them to not use them again. They are great for getting maximum refund but not at all useful and down right negligent if you have any type of issues or tax questions. Will be reporting them to the proper tax and business authorities.
