Our patio enclosure is beautiful and the craftsmanship is outstanding. And his price knocks the other competitors out of the competition! Jim was responsive throughout the entire process and kept us up to date every step of the way.

We hired Jim in March 2021 to install a lanai on our rental property. We paid him a third as deposit per the signed contract. After almost a year of excuses & back and forth job was never started. We lost our tenants due to this as we had promised them this project would be completed. I asked him several times to please return my money and all I get are excuses. This is by far the worst and most dishonest person we have ever dealt with. He has essentially stolen our money. Please do not use Jim or his company for any of your sunroom or construction needs. I have a year worth of screenshots of the unprofessionalism displayed by Jim.

Jim was easy to work with and professional. The screen and pavers looked great. Did a great job putting together the HOA application and made it a very smooth approval.
