Brian Phillips really helped me out. I had a situation where my reservation was set at this store but my payment went to another store. He worked with me and made sure I was moved in with a great storage area. I am forever grateful for him.

Brian was wildly helpful. I needed a storage unit as the original company I tried to use was awful. The property is nice and the units are clean and secure. I've used this life storage before and should have just come back to them in the first place.

Excellent detail to attention! Moving from PA was a concern but Brian walked me through every step and even made sure our Mover were able to access the unit with permission of course. Thanks so much for making thighs so easy!
