I own a commercial property near downtown that is approximately 10,000 square feet. The roof was in need of repair and ultimately replacing. I researched products to include type of roofing materials, companies who do flat roofs, and availability of services. I interviewed 5 different companies with estimates ranging from around mid 40s to $240s. Crazy world! Arica Roofing kept coming back to my mind. They were not the least expensive and definitely not the most but from talking to the Representative I got a strong sense of ownership, professionalism and a unique sense of loyalty. Arica did not disappoint. They were on the job quickly and informed me every step of the way. Once the materials arrived they were on the job in less than a week and finished promptly with a clean City inspection and a manufacturing inspection which allowed for a 20 year warranty!
