I did contact this company after reading all these great reviews to get an estimate for spanish roof tile and Louise their contractor booked with me two appointment without SHOWING UP!!! very DISAPPOINTED in a big name company like this!

The two man crew was nice and hardworking and the clean up was decent but they left my satellite dish hanging off the side of my house . They were supposed to come back for that and some other minor things. Been two weeks and nothing.

I am homeowner in Orlando and signed bid with Superior Building, Inc., on March,3, 2015. I paid to them my deductible 1,000.00$ and check has been deposited on Superior's Building Inc., account on April, 20. After that they applied for roofing permit from Orange County, it took two weeks to get it done. Then they told me that I am finally in schedule for reroofing. Week after week, no repair was commenced. After numerous calls, emails, Lois, the owner of that company, called to me and said, they are not going to commence the repair, because of weather conditions and will return my money. I had this conversation with him on June, 17, now is July and I am still awaiting my money back. They stole so much my time and seems, money, too. Avoid this company people and don't trust any world of man named Louis, you won't find there any dignity, any decency.
