Horrible follow up to a leak caused by their workers. Buddie the owner was very rude to me when I informed him that my roof was leaking. We never received a call back. My roof is still leaking and now I have to pay someone else to come fix what his workers broke. Do not use this company!!! They do not stand behind there work. It has been a huge regret for me and my family.

Keep calling about my roof, I am still getting voicemail, I had my roof done in 2020 and I have a permit that has not been closed, the county has said that my roof has failed inspection

A Crown Roofing used a subcontractor they could not control for mold remediation interior work and was incredibly disrespectful to the homeowners. They made a bad settlement deal with the insurance adjuster and then allowed the remediation subcontractor to rip out walls, ceiling, and carpet well beyond what was justified or covered by insurance. A Crown canceled the contract and walked away instead of standing behind what they agreed to, leaving us as homeowners to try to repair all the damage without enough insurance money. This is the second time I have used A Crown Roofing for a complete roof replacement. They are professional, reliable, and honest. Michael was a pleasure to work with. I will continue to recommend them to family and friends and they will the first roofing company I call when the need arises.

Michael was awesome! He took care of the inspection scheduling an independent contractor and managed of all of our HOA requirements and paperwork… It was effortless on our behalf! We received a new roof with ridge ventilation and drip edge. And I literally could not complain about a thing. Not one, and I am very picky No mess, nails or loose debris was left behind. We had such a good experience I have recommended them to 4 other homeowners in my neighborhood! Service: Roof installation
