I cannot say enough about the young man named Jarrid he was there supervising the entire installation the tear down and everything that had to do with the new roof any problems that I had he addressed right there on the spot. He is very professional and also a very kind young man. He also went out of his way to make sure that my yard decorations were put exactly back where I had had them. he even answered questions for me that didnt have anything to do with the roofing but with solar panels. He went out of his way actually when the roofing job was done to help me in anyway that he could with the solar panels. I am 71 years old and needed assistance in those areas. I recommend this company To anyone that is considering a new roof. And ask for Jarrid he is great. And the crew they worked from the time they got here early in the morning until 530 that night and never took a break. They had a little bit to get done and were back here at 6:30 in the morning and completed the job. My neighbors have calm and ask who did the job and they love the tile colors. We had several quotes and decided on Alton Roofing. There was some uncertainty when after receiving a written quote, suddenly during the work it was discovered the roof was double shingled. This was not mentioned in any of the quotes we received for the roof, including the one from Alton Roofing. However after one call to the company, and getting ahold of Chris Robbins (Company Manager), he immediately said he would leave Palm Coast (over and hour away) to personally verify the issue of being charged more. Not only did Mr. Robbins drive to the house, he FaceTimed me from the roof to resolve all issues. He also provided a link to real time pictures of the roof being repaired.I cannot express what a impact this level of professionalism did to dissolve all doubts. The finished work, to include clean up of all traces of debris was perfect. I absolutely without hesitation would use this company again, and no doubt will in the future.
