We had our master bathroom renovated and Carl and his team out did themselves! We got the master bath of our dreams! I cannot say enough about this company. They are top notch. Friendly, arrived everyday with notice of arrival time, cleaned up daily and worked so hard to fulfill our every wish. This is a family business and the few employees that were not related were treated like family. Our design was not an easy one, but Carl loved the challenge and delivered! Not only do we highly recommend, but we plan to call on them again with future renovation plans. Superb!!! No problem, I have uploaded a copy of our signed contract with Heather's signature in blue. Since you don't recall doing business with us, can you refund the 37k we paid you in error then, as the funds must have went to the wrong Ashley Contracting LLC. They were meant for the Ashley Contracting LLC on Leon Rd out of Jacksonville, FL. And why did you cash my checks if they were not yours? That is fraud. Should I post those cashed checks as well? If you still find that you didn't do business with us, let me know and I will contact our bank to put out a fraud notice on your company for cashing our checks. Recent "unfinished" remodel done to our home. They were nice sweet people when they got started. During construction we confronted about quality craftsmanship issues; Their response "Just wait for the finished product" ; in the end after payment (they forced us to pay and created a second invoice for other projects to get finished) we bring up issues we were holding in which they promised to return but never did to even COMPLETE what they what we paid for! They even got personal in emails back and forth talking about feelings and not business to make the customer happy and get the job done that they were getting paid to do. They started making up stories and trying to engage an argument to hunt for retaliation; I the customer stayed calm and gave a chance to take care of business and not to engage in the fight they were looking for because I have been in customer svc myself for a long time in which the customer is always right but if they are not I come up with a compromise to make them happy. So long story short there are some key points about these people. 1) They have good talking skills to make the customer think they are getting a good deal but in reality the customer will pay more with unforeseen issues that they knowingly held back to reel the customer pay which at the time has no choice to complete the project 2) They claim they have good quality craftsmanship but they do not; I am not a skilled craftsman by any means but I am mechanically inclined and saw alot of imperfections that got covered up by a paint marker/wood trim pieces or not even fixed at all. 3) Professionalism -they have a circle of contractors that they have a good network relationship to back the customer into a corner to prove the customer is wrong; they come as they have skilled employees but it's just a Father/daughter/and son which is ok, but the father will lie about the son using a jackhammer putting gouges in your foundation, that is covered up. 4) Keep an eye on your materials for the job as they will take stuff you paid for. Example: the finishing pieces for our kitchen that they promised to come back and do never got installed and they took them out of my garage without consent, out of pettiness!!
I can go on and on about what this company did to me and my family as we trusted them to take care of our home but in reality it seems like they only care about money and want more money to fulfill the so-called warranty that they offer. Who does that right? After getting the check, they completely turned on me and came up with fictitious charges that they demand to finish and make us happy, then proceeded to use his profanity at my wife when he was upset about his feelings being hurt that we didn't like his work... how can you call yourself a Christian company and use profanity in the same sentence? Ashley Contracting LLC I hope you learned from your mistakes from smart customers that do not feed into your life insurance selling like tactics. This man's temper will surely cost him his business one day. Services: Remodeling, Tile work installation
