C Carter realty was extremely helpful in helping me find my first home! Carla was beyond professional. She answered every question I had and seemed to always be available when I needed her. She held my hand on every step of this process and made it so simple and easy. If there was an issue with the loan officer she was on it immediately and it was handle within 24 hours. The experience I had with Carla at CCarter Realty was exceptional. I was away from home on an assignment and she made sure everything was taken care of. I wanted a preexistent home, but as we went over everything, she made sure to offer me the best options for my family. I ended up going with a new build and do not regret my decision. She made sure my experience was stress free and put me in contact with a great sales agent, loan officer, and so on. She did my walk through with my mom and my final walk through. She had me on face-time the entire time. She sent me updates and has offered on many occasions to help with anything else I may need even after I closed on my home. Carla made sure my home was perfect for me and even asked the contractors to do extra because she wanted me to come home to a perfect house. Go with Carla, you will not be disappointed.
