We both sold our home and bought our new home with Nicole H. What a wonderful experience from start to finish! With Nicole's detail oriented eye she guided us through staging and photographing our house which sold in a matter of HOURS after it was listed. We sold our home for asking with no closing costs paid. I attribute the fast sale and smooth closing process to her hard work and diligence. She also helped us find a home in a very competitive market. She took care of everything right down to negotiating home repairs, recommending professionals that we still use, and making sure the closing was painless. I was introduced to Jaci from a friend who recommended her. I let her know my family was interested in purchasing a beachfront condo . Not just any condo, I had specific criteria which I communicated to Jaci. After a few visits of properties, Jaci knew exactly what I was looking for and found me the perfect place within budget.
