Do not rent or buy for this business. They will not refund deposits. Lived in rental property for less than a year and they are trying to charge me $1600 for sod aka grass that the HOA had them put in. The front yard was all sand at move in. I would not recommend doing any kind of business with these thefts unless you plan to sue them later to get your money back.
