Yeah the people I dealt with there IN 2017 where very nasty and took me to court falsely as well as put a eviction on my credit for a year I wasn't even living in there home a clear JOKE!!! GOODLUCK WITH THEM

I dont know where to start ! Ive just moved into my place the beginning of June So far Ive ran into so many issues. My septic tank was uncovered, kitchen sink, bathroom, and bedroom closet. I didnt know I would of had to call in everyday to check my work order. They say you get a call back after 24 hrs which is not the case . Ive waited 3 weeks for the work order to get fulfilled . Its only one guy in charge of maintenance which I find unhelpful when dealing with high priorities.,Especially as a new tenant ! Now Im running into a problem with my front door not locking, neither top nor bottom seems to be going into the lock. This company is incompetent, unprofessional when taking on work orders or just inquires. I would not rent from this management company again ! 7/1/2020 just an updated review . Ive finally was able to get some help with a technician to come out 7/2/2020 a week later ! Ill keep updating until my lease is executed . DO NOT RENT HERE !!

BEWARE!!!!!!Worst experience EVER!! House was infested with MOLD!! My daughter ended up in the hospital due to mold exposure. Their own maintenance man explain to us how they only fix what we can see. Any other problems they slap a band aid on it and keep renting the unit out!!! None of the maintenance men are certified to work on anything. Heard they even do electrical without certification.. RUN RUN IF YOU WANT TO LIVE!!!
