We have been waiting for our product for almost a year and we have not received it yet. Paid the 50% deposit on 9/2/2022 . Today is 8/15/2023.

Purchased a KwikPrint machine 5 years ago and the heating element has failed. Cannot get hold of anyone. No one returns my emails and phone calls. So have an expensive printing machine purchased that does not work as you cannot get spare any replacement parts. Would be nice if Jay or someone from KwikPrint returned emails and phone calls. Best machines you can get, there are other brands that copied this machine but Kwikprint is the one to get. Reliable, durable, easy to use and looks beautiful. Excellent customer service from the guys at Kwikprint, too. Will buy again.
