VETERANS BEWARE Doctors are good but staff support system not. No veteran should have to pay for medicine administered by doctors during visit. They use the express script system to have your meds delivered to their office for them to administer to you; instead of TRICARE pre-authorization process. When I explained to the staff how this affects the veterans she stated this is how we do it and told me to call express scripts in a manner that clearly stated she was not interested in finding an alternative. Billing dept did not return phone call.

Dr. Assad and his staff are amazing professionals , welcoming and professional! Dr. Assad was able to explain my injury in general terms took his time and was in no hurry. I highly recommend this amazing office and staff !

Met Dr Asad in 2008 and have followed him since. He never doubted my symptoms and saved my eye sight. Now very disappointed I can't ever see him and left in the hands of p.a.. I am changing doctors his practice has gotten to big and noone is like Dr Asad in that office. I'm sad to leave but I have to get better help now that brain disease has gotten worse can't wait 3 months to see him.

I was actually encountering a lot of stress and anxiety after the use of lots of antibiotics given to me by a bad diagnosis doctor. Nevertheless, Doctor Assad referred me to a psychology for better assistance, but he did put shots for muscle stiffness who made me feel worst days later having real anxiety effects not being able to move/stand and ended in ER. Also dosis of medications that have anxiety effect. I wish I had never done the shots. Doctor is good overall. Just be aware of medications. This office is harassing me with a BILL to pay when I have been always tricare prime, fully covered for consultations and has have more than 10 visits approved in the past years. Asad your office is down the hill. I did my last visit a year ago with a referral, and now they are sending bills to pay it when I did it with a referral approved, your office bill my insurance with a WRONG code and has not been able to fix it???? Sending me emails for payments. It is unacceptable that still today NO ONE knows how to do their insurance office job. Get better employees. You are a neurologist stop giving me headache with your office!
