Technician was messy with polish. He did not shape my nails properly. Just poor work . Definitely will not return.

We went in for pedicures and hot stone massage and stones wasn't even hot. Lady was rude . Can't believe they treat you like this when we come here all the time.

Would rate 0 stars if I could! Worst business I've ever encountered! Was waiting, with our feet in the spa water, for over an hour to get our pedicures (spa chairs were also dirty when we were sat, and it took 20 mins and multiple requests to have the previous persons water/liner removed). They weren't very busy, and several people came in after us and were taken care of before us. I politely asked the nail tech how much longer it would be, as several others who came after us were already gone. She went nuts and started berating my mother and I, saying it was our responsibility to tell them that we were next in line. At one point she was so loud other customers became concerned. I tried explaining to her that we didn't mind the wait, just that we were there before many of the others, feet in water. She just kept screaming at us and saying that's on us, and that she can't begin to know who is next in line. Keep in mind she is the one who seated us to begin with. At the end of it all, my mom is trying to pay and she is yelling at her to hit certain buttons on the card machine. We asked multiple time to speak with the supervisor and she reluctantly gave us the managers name. The whole time this is happenin the other staff members just sat and watched, while other customers were horrified. Can't imagine how they stay in business while this.
