OUR RECENT EXPERIENCE As of May 2021 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. VERY UNWELCOMING Presence.... My friend and I was excited to get pedicures for Mother’s Day. I suggested here because I been here a year prior or so and had a decent experience. NEVER AGAIN..As we walked in, a few days ago, the staff/techs look up as though we were not supposed to be there (i guess because my friend was a guy) which was weird then a tech finally decide to not greet us but ask “what do we want” very unprofessional and rude. Our brows raised smh but we ignored it , kept a positive attitude and ask for pedicures. Without moving the techs just giggled spoke among each in their local language and responded “come back tomorrow ..we are busy”. We were SHOCKED at the way they talk to customers. We smiled and decided took our business to the town center which was a wayyyy better experience even with a very client base. My opinion: some ppl get comfortable in their business and it shows in their customer service but hey that’s life I guess! Won’t be getting our business.
