        I had made a reservation through the national toll free call center at Uhaul, but eager sales reps on the phone made a bunch of commitments which did not reflect in my actual reservation. Stopped by this location and spoke to Corrinne who immediately jumped into action, rectified all the errors and ensured that the reservation accurately reflected my requirements. Great customer service.

        The truck reservations you make aren't real. Showed up, no truck. Got three different stories from three different people in five minutes. Nobody cared, 2/3 we're pretty rude. Horrible, won't be returning.
