Great company, showed up on time and really did an amazing job. Very friendly crew. They even packed up all my clothes that were hanging up and I thought I would have to pay extra cause I told them I would move my clothes myself but they insisted and packed everything professionally. I hired Big Reds Moving to help me clean out my daughters 1 bedroom. They were very nice and extremely cautious with her belongings. When the job was over they looked at all of her furniture that went off the truck and verified their inventory condition list as it left the truck inspecting all the furniture as it went inside her new home. 3 weeks later I hired them to drop off a few items to a consignment store. They did a great job protecting my items and they all arrived at the consignment store in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Big Reds Moving Services again!

SCAM ALERT - When I called to confirm my move for the next day, I was told the person I spoke with had left and started their own company. That I had paid them direct so Big Red couldn’t help me. The former partner won’t return my call so I’ve basically been scammed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Big Red won’t give me info on the former partner so I may pursue further action. Now they won’t return my call either. Big Red is complicit too.
