Terrible delivery experience- POD was a week later than I need it and they refused to discount the bill. Ridiculous business practice

If you are going to advertise as a military friendly moving company, you need to understand how to complete the required empty and full weight tickets appropriately. The weight tickets take way too long to post to the account for viewing. Our initial empty ticket was weighed WITH the truck and the full ticket was weighed WITHOUT the truck. We called for a resolution which was a refund and re-weighing of full and empty container at final destination. We had to call back because the second empty ticket was weighed with the truck AGAIN. We must have called 5 times for the weight tickets alone. After receiving a call saying that our delivery would be delayed 1 day, I received another call that it would be delayed a week. We were never given an explanation despite asking to talk with a supervisor. After calling and submitting a complaint, I received an email from a resolution specialist full grammatical errors. We reached a resolution, but I had to email her again 2 weeks later as we had still not received the refund or an expected date. We did finally receive the promised refund as well as correct weight tickets, but the process was so painful that I will never use PODS again.
